CT Network Most chosen

See the dead zone before it kills your picking rate.

Live signal heatmaps turn WiFi troubleshooting from a guessing game into a map - down to the exact operator, timestamp and access point.

Zero setup to trial. Install the APK on a handful of devices and you're live - no integration project, no waiting on IT.

Why

A two-week-old snapshot isn't an answer.

A network survey tells you what coverage looked like on the day someone walked around with a tool. It doesn't tell you what's happening today - or who it's slowing down right now.

For the IT Manager

What actually keeps you up at night
  • A warehouse manager reports "WiFi problems" - with no timestamp, no location, no way to reproduce it.
  • The only tool you have is a scheduled site survey: ~2 weeks to plan and run, and it's a single snapshot the moment it's done.
  • By the time results land, the layout's changed, stock's moved, and the problem may have moved with it.
  • You end up firefighting from anecdotes instead of data.

For the Warehouse Manager

What it costs your operation
  • Every dropped connection is a picker standing still, a scan that has to be redone, a few seconds lost - dozens of times a day.
  • You can't tell IT where or when it happens, so the ticket sits, or gets fixed for the wrong zone.
  • The same complaint keeps coming back from different people, in the same part of the building - but nobody's connected the dots.
How

Every scan already tells you the signal strength. We just started listening.

No dedicated survey hardware, no scheduled visit. The agent your team already runs for Identity captures signal data continuously, as a side effect of normal scanning.

1

Every scan reports signal strength

WiFi and cellular RSSI captured automatically, timestamped, tied to the device, the operator, and the exact location.

2

Streamed live to the portal

No batch upload, no end-of-day sync - readings appear in Analytics and on the floorplan heatmap as they happen.

3

Alerts fire the moment a threshold is crossed

Set your own RSSI threshold in the portal, plus how many times it has to be crossed before you get notified - then it's a proactive email, not a dashboard you have to watch. The same threshold-and-frequency alerting is available for CT Identity too, not just Network.

What this looks like in practice

A real example, start to finish.

Incident readout Monday 01/07/2026 · Zone A

15:03 - Operator Luc reports his scanner dropped connection while picking at location 23-3-5.

CT Network shows exactly what happened: Luc's device was connected to Access Point 2, and signal strength had already crossed the Critical WiFi Signal threshold (below ‑85 dBm) two minutes before the drop.

It's not a one-off. Pulling the last 7 days: this exact alert fired 26 times, always in Zone A, across different operators - a pattern, not bad luck.

The fix, found the same day: boost the transmit power on Access Point 2. Coverage in Zone A improves immediately, and the alert stops firing.

Without CT Network

This becomes a vague complaint, a 2-week survey request, and - if you're lucky - a fix a month later for a problem that's already cost dozens of stalled scans.

~2 weeks

Site survey

Scheduled, planned, executed once. Tells you what coverage looked like on the day it ran - not what's happening the day after.

Live

CT Network

The operator, timestamp, location, access point and exact signal reading are in the portal the moment it happens - and the pattern across a week is visible immediately.

The features behind it

Everything that scenario runs on.

Live monitoring

Every scan is a signal reading.

WiFi and cellular signal strength gets captured automatically alongside every barcode scan - building a live, granular picture of coverage across your entire floor.

  • Live monitoring from the client level, not just access points
  • Reporting going back months, not just live-only snapshots
  • Automatic alerts the moment coverage drops below your threshold

Digital Twin

Your warehouse floor, mapped in real time.

An interactive floorplan overlays live WiFi strength and scanning activity onto your actual racking layout - built in minutes with the built-in editor and an Excel import.

  • Real-time activity indicators, bay by bay
  • WiFi strength and scanning-activity heatmap overlays
  • Built-in warehouse editor with Excel import

Frequently asked

Common questions about wifi coverage in warehouses.

How much does a wifi site survey cost for a warehouse?

A traditional one-time wifi site survey is billed as a fixed-scope project, and you're paying again every time you need updated data. CT Network replaces that recurring cost with a one-time €2,500 setup and a subscription from €8/user or €100/warehouse per month - for continuous coverage data, not a single snapshot.

How long does a wifi dekking meting (coverage measurement) take?

A scheduled survey typically takes about two weeks from request to results, and it only reflects conditions on the day it ran. CT Network needs no scheduling - install the agent on a handful of devices and live coverage data starts appearing the same day.

What is a wifi heatmap, and why does my warehouse need one?

A wifi heatmap overlays signal strength onto your floorplan, zone by zone, so dead spots are immediately visible instead of relying on scattered complaints from your team days or weeks after the fact.

How do I fix wifi dead zones in a warehouse?

First pin down exactly where and when signal drops below a usable threshold - CT Network logs this automatically per access point and zone, the way it did for Zone A in the example above. Most dead zones are then fixed by adjusting access point placement or transmit power, once you know precisely where to look.

Security

Locked down the way your IT team expects.

Portal access is secured with Microsoft AD B2C authentication, including two-factor authentication (2FA), for extra protection of your data.

CT Network starts at €8 per user per month.

Or €100 per warehouse per month, plus a one-time €2,500 setup - CaptureTech's most-chosen module.
